What do we do?

The Coconino NRCD seeks to encourage land owners and operators within the
District to use each acre of land within its capabilities and to treat each acre in
accordance with its need for protection and improvement. The purpose of
District organization is to give land owners and operators a legal mechanism
whereby they can cooperate with one another and with state and federal
agencies and seek assistance and aid from these agencies--all in an effort to
conserve water, control and prevent soil erosion, and do all other things which
might make for a better use of the lands within the District.
