What is the Coconino NRCD?

The Coconino NRCD is a nonprofit organization provided for by state law, and formed
by vote of the people living within its bounds. The NRCD is governed by a Board of
Supervisors and consists of District cooperators. However, all people within the District
are welcome to voluntarily cooperate with the District, either formally or informally,
in resource matters.
